Day 2: Uganda Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable ForestStill, in the morning, have breakfast to gain the power necessary for gorilla trekking. So you will report by 8:00 am to the park offices for registration and briefing by the ranger guides. Thereafter, the trekking will start through bumpy creepers and bushes with your Ranger guides in search for the Mountain Gorillas; an exercise that also lasts between 1 to 9 hours. It is so amazing to sit in the forest among the gorillas; also paying attention to them as the protest or play with each other. However, the time allowed for visitors to be with the Gorillas in Uganda or Rwanda is only 1 hour; in which every minute still counts much and is worth it.
Then in a free afternoon, take a guided stride out on in the communities or nature around the park; so as to see pleasant green surroundings, epiphytic ferns, tree ferns, Orchid’s colourful butterflies; or also have a guided village hike to see how the locals use up their lives.
Day 3: Connect to Queen Elizabeth National Park via its Isasha SectorTake another breakfast and head off in the early hours to Queen Elizabeth National Park through the as Ishasha Sector; the southern isolated and still fine-looking section of the Park; as well as known for its tree-climbing lions. Day 4: Have a Morning Game Drive and an afternoon Boat Cruise on Kazinga ChannelWake up early enough, enjoy breakfast and then set off for a morning game drive; during this, you will have the opportunity to see elephants, hippos, lions, leopards, spotted hyenas, jackals; bushbucks, waterbucks, and warthogs and so many wild animals. After this wonderful game drive, then return to the lodge for relaxation.
In the afternoon, then do an exciting and memorable launch cruise on the Kazinga Channel; so as to see lots of animals and birds that it offers. In fact, during the cruise, you will not miss seeing some concentrations of hippos and birds on the watersides. So, this cruise also offers an outstanding platform for a clear photographic taking, wide-ranging bird-watching; and also an across-the-board game viewing.
Day 5: Do Chimps Tracking in Kyambura Gorge & return to KampalaThis another morning, take an early breakfast and drive to Kyambura Gorge for chimpanzee tracking; Here, there is a possibility to see more array of other primate species. Kyambura is the only place in the park where you can see habituated chimpanzees and other types of primates; that is to say, red-tailed monkey, black-and-white colobus, baboons and vervet monkeys. Also to see a variety of avian species like numerous Falcons, the blue-headed bee-eater, and the African Finfoot.
Afterwards, start your journey back to Kampala. So stop for lunch in Mbarara Town. Then, Continue to Kampala stopover at the Equator if you missed it. So arrive in Kampala in the evening to your accommodation in Kampala or Entebbe area; in case your flight is timely close.
